Mr. Gannon is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of 374Water. Mr. Gannon brings over 25 years of domestic and international experience across all stages of the business cycle. Mr. Gannon served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of National Fire and Safety from December 2020 until November 2022. From November 2020 until February 2018, Mr. Gannon was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Energy Recovery, Inc. (Nasdaq: ERII), after previously serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from April 2015 to August 2018. Prior to joining Energy Recovery, from January 2009 until May 2015, Mr. Gannon was a Managing Director at Conway MacKenzie where he served as a restructuring advisor to the City of Detroit throughout its landmark $18 billion Chapter 9 bankruptcy. From June 2005 until December 2008, he served as a Principal and Vice President of Talon Equity Partners. Mr. Gannon earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering from The University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Mr. Kline brings more than 20 years of domestic and international strategic, financial, operational and capital markets experience. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Finance at Ole Distribution, where he played a pivotal role in launching the company in 2020 and rapidly scaling throughout the Americas. Mr. Kline is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University.

Mr. Meyers is the Chief Operations Officer at 374Water, leading the company’s Operations and Engineering efforts. With over 25 years of global leadership experience cross wastewater, waste management, automotive, and industrial sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
Previously, Mr. Meyers served as COO of New Rubber Technologies Holding Inc., where he played a pivotal role in constructing and operating North America’s first large-scale commercial rubber devulcanization plant. He also managed U.S. operations for NRTC Equipment Sales’ industrial automation division, specializing in robotics and automation, and served as General Manager for Omni Recycling of Babylon, Inc., a Long Island-based company processing over 1,300 tons of material daily.
Mr. Meyers has successfully designed, commercialized, and scaled multiple industrial technologies, contributing from R&D through full-scale production and sales. His technical expertise spans waste management, rubber and polymer chemistry, robotics, and automation, liquid electrocoating, material handling, and conveyance. He has developed and installed advanced systems for automotive manufacturing, recycling, aggregate processing, and industrial production facilities.
Mr. Meyers studied Computer Science at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.

Ms. Cooper brings more than 25 years of experience. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at National Fire and Safety and Chief Human Resources Officer & Integration Leader at Oswald Companies and Unison Risk Advisors. She has also held senior operations roles across companies. Ms. Cooper holds an MBA from University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Political Science and History from University of Michigan.

Mr. Viswanathan is an environmental engineer with over 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Mr. Viswanathan focuses on the business development and implementation of the company’s Air Supercritical Water Oxidation (AirSCWO) technology, which offers sustainable solutions for waste management and resource recovery. His work has contributed to advancing sustainable waste management practices and fostering industry-wide dialogue on resource recovery.
Throughout his career, Mr. Viswanathan has worked in various roles, including research and development, product management, and technical sales. He has contributed to the development and application of technologies like advanced anaerobic digestion, thermal hydrolysis, and PFAS destruction through thermal processes.
Mr. Viswanathan has authored or co-authored more than 30 technical publications and patents, with research focused on PFAS destruction, organic diversion, resource recovery, and thermal processes. He regularly presents at conferences, sharing insights on innovative technologies and practical environmental solutions.
Mr. Viswanathan holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mysore. His work has contributed to advancing sustainable waste management practices and fostering industry-wide dialogue on resource recovery.

Howard Teicher, 374Water’s Vice President, Government, is responsible for the company’s government activity and has played a key role in bringing the company’s AirSCWO technology and solutions into the federal government. He leads the company’s Federal and State government sales, business development, marketing, and policy advocacy work.
With multiple destruction projects under contract with the Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Defense Innovation Unit, 374Water is at the center of federal government efforts to use innovative, clean-tech solutions to destroy PFAS and other contaminants of emerging concern. Other federal agencies, such as the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, are also looking to 374Water to participate in other specialized destruction projects, including unexploded ordnance and radioactive, PFAS-contaminated sludge.
Upon the conclusion of 10 years of government service, culminating as Senior Director for Political-Military Affairs on the National Security Council staff in 1986, Teicher launched a global business consulting practice focused on enabling advanced technology companies to deliver innovative solutions to American and foreign government agencies. US and non-US companies turned to Teicher to devise and implement strategies to promote high tech weapons and surveillance systems, revolutionary network optimization, in-flight entertainment, communications, and cybersecurity solutions and, at 374Water, breakthrough clean-tech products for environmental remediation.
A summa cum laude and phi beta kappa graduate of Boston University and The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Teicher is the author of Twin Pillars to Desert Storm: America’s Flawed Vision in the Middle East from Nixon to Bush, a New York Times Book Review “Most Notable Book” in 1993. He is also syndicated columnist for the Los Angeles Times and Media Commentator on Middle East and National Security Affairs.

As General Counsel, Mr. Mandel oversees the 374Water’s legal functions while serving as a trusted adviser to the management team and Board of Directors.
Previously, Mr. Mandel served as General Counsel at HALO Precision Diagnostics, where he led the legal function and provided guidance on risk mitigation and business operations, executed business transactions, and advised the board on corporate governance matters.
Prior to his role at HALO Precision Diagnostics, he was Head of Corporate Legal at Olema Oncology, a publicly traded biotech where he was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering and subsequent public filings, governance, and securities compliance, overseeing equity compensation programs and managing board matters.
Mr. Mandel began his legal career at Latham & Watkins LLP and later joined Cooley LLP, representing numerous high-profile public and private technology and biotechnology companies across a multitude of strategic and capital markets transactions.
Mandel holds a law degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
